All measurements given are taken laid flat. You may cross check against your existing clothing for best fit. Measurements for every clothing is different.
The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor. While all efforts have been made to represent as closely as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be fully accurate.
We source direct from factory to our local warehouse, hence some items may not come with label or has different label. This however does not affect the wearability or appearance of the items.
Items will be processed within fifteen to twenty working days excluding Weekends & Public Holidays (subject to custom clearance) upon payment notification received. All orders have to be processed/packed for shipment arrangement and the delivery timeline might be subjected to custom clearance and logistic handling/processes. We will email you tracking code once your parcel is despatched from our warehouse.
All reasonable efforts to deliver your order will be made. However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for the same. We shall not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised persons. Any cost for redelivery will be borne by the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
